You will be emailed the tracking number once your order is packaged. This will allow you to watch your purchase making its way to you by checking the delivery status online at Canada Post Tracking. Canada Post is not currently able to honor their delivery time guarantees. Please be patient. This is out of our control. We will ship your order out promptly.

We do not replace stolen packages.

We have never and will never ship outside of Canada until it is legal to do so.

Regional Shipments – British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec.
Major Urban Areas: 1 Day
Non-Major Urban Areas: 2 Days
Northern Regions & Remote Areas 5 Days or less

National Shipments
If your ship-to address is anywhere in Canada other than the above listed Provinces your shipment will take a little longer to reach you.

Major Urban Areas: 2 Day
Non-Major Urban Areas: 3 Days
Northern Regions & Remote Areas 7 Days or less

The Fine Print
Delivery Times are the expected transit time in business days from the day of deposit (day 0) to delivery for items deposited before the local cut-off time.

A business day is a day other than Saturday, Sunday, a statutory holiday and any day observed as a holiday by Canada Post.

For all services, deposits on days other than business days are considered as being accepted on the next business day.

Items deposited after the last collection time specified on the street letter box or after the cut-off time of the postal facility approved by Canada Post are considered as being deposited on the next business day.

Delivery Times are based on available transportation and, therefore, are subject to change without notice.

You can provide special delivery instructions in the side-notes when you place your order.

Due to the nature of our products, there is no returns. There is no refunds. If your package is declared lost by Canada Post we will provide a replacement. If there is a problem with one of our products, please contact our awesome help department at info@drgooddabs.com
